BitsVital or any of its employees do not accept or consider unsolicited ideas, including ideas for new episodes, shows, books, characters, drawings, projects, products, product improvements, new technologies, processes, materials, services, advertising or promotion campaigns, marketing, or new episode(s)/show(s)/movie(s)/book(s)/character(s)/project(s)/product names. Please do not submit any unsolicited ideas in the form of suggestions, proposals, comments, letter(s), email(s), or materials in any form to BitsVital or any of its employees/contractors. 

The purpose of this policy is to avoid potential misunderstandings or disputes when BitsVital video(s), movies(s), character(s), book(s) project(s), product(s), service(s), feature(s), or marketing strategies might appear to be similar or identical to ideas submitted to BitsVital.

If, you still submit your ideas to BitsVital, then regardless of what your suggestion(s), proposal(s), comment(s), letter(s), email(s), or other transmissions may say, the following terms shall apply to your submissions.

Terms of Idea Submission

You agree that:

  1. Your submissions and their contents will automatically become the property of BitsVital, without any compensation to you or any third party.
  2. BitsVital will have no obligation to keep your submission confidential or proprietary, and shall not be liable for any use or disclosure of the submission.
  3. BitsVital may use or redistribute the submissions and their contents for any purpose whatsoever, commercial or otherwise, without any restriction.
  4. There is no obligation for BitsVital to review, keep, acknowledge, or return the submission or any related materials.
